12 WEEK PROGRAMME SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS - MULTIPLE ROLES (VOLUNTEER)

Help Deliver Our 12‑Week Mindset & Self‑Improvement Programme

Ready to play a hands‑on role in transforming men’s mental wellbeing and personal growth?

MINDSET Charity is recruiting a team of Programme Support Volunteers to help deliver our pilot 12‑Week Mindset & Self‑Improvement Programme — a structured, action‑based journey designed to empower men with practical tools, accountability, and a supportive community.

Whether you’re a facilitator, trainer, mentor, coach, administrator, or someone passionate about helping others grow, there is a place for you in this movement.

This is your chance to contribute directly to a programme that could change lives.

THE MISSION

At MINDSET Charity, we take a proactive approach to men’s wellbeing.

We are building a non‑clinical, growth‑focused platform that gives men the space to be open while equipping them with practical tools to navigate life with confidence and resilience.

Our 12‑Week Programme is the core of this mission — and its success depends on a strong, committed volunteer team.

THE PROGRAMME SUPPORT VOLUNTEER ROLES

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and proactive volunteers across multiple areas to ensure our pilot programme runs smoothly, safely, and impactfully.

You will help create an environment where men feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

1. Facilitation & Delivery Support

  • Co‑facilitate weekly sessions

  • Support group discussions, exercises, and activities

  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment

2. Specialist Training & Workshops

We welcome volunteers with expertise in areas such as:

  • Mindset development

  • Personal growth

  • Emotional resilience

  • Communication skills

  • Fitness, wellbeing, or lifestyle coaching

  • Financial wellbeing, career development, or life skills

Deliver one‑off sessions or contribute to programme content.

3. Mentoring & Coaching

  • Provide 1‑to‑1 or small‑group support

  • Help participants stay accountable and engaged

  • Offer guidance, encouragement, and practical tools

4. Administration & Logistics

  • Support attendance tracking, communication, and scheduling

  • Help manage programme materials and session resources

  • Assist with venue coordination and weekly preparation

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Feedback

  • Collect and record participant feedback

  • Support impact measurement and programme improvement

  • Help shape future versions of the programme

6. General Programme Support

If you simply want to help — we have space for you. From setup and welcome duties to behind‑the‑scenes support, every role matters.

WHY JOIN MINDSET?

1. Direct Impact

Be part of a programme that gives men the tools to grow, connect, and thrive.

2. Community & Purpose

Join a supportive, passionate team committed to changing the conversation around men’s wellbeing.

3. Personal & Professional Growth

Gain experience in facilitation, coaching, programme delivery, community work, and wellbeing support.

WHO WE NEED

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, including:

  • Coaches, mentors, facilitators, trainers

  • Wellbeing practitioners and personal development professionals

  • Students or graduates in psychology, counselling, coaching, or related fields

  • People with lived experience who want to give back

  • Organised, reliable individuals who can support admin or logistics

  • Anyone passionate about men’s wellbeing and personal growth

If you have empathy, structure, and a willingness to help — you belong here.

READY TO SUPPORT SOMETHING POWERFUL

If you want to help deliver a programme that could redefine men’s wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.

Explore our other volunteer roles if this one isn’t quite right — and reach out to the MINDSET Charity team to join the movement.
