Working closely with the Chair, Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, you will help ensure trustee meetings run smoothly by coordinating agendas, taking accurate minutes and maintaining key governance records.

  • Help ensure key documents are stored securely and remain up to date
  • Work closely with the Chair, trustees and senior staff team

  • Can produce clear and accurate written records
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms
  • Can handle confidential information appropriately
  • Is reliable, professional and able to work independently
  • Shares ECI's commitment to supporting people and communities across Exeter and Devon

What you'll gain

  • Experience supporting the governance of a respected local charity
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced trustees and charity leaders
  • Insight into the strategic direction and decision-making of a charitable organisation
  • Training, support and ongoing guidance
