Job description

Here's a chance to use your research, analytical, and advocacy skills to support meaningful environmental change across London.

Joining and strengthening our team as a Campaigns & Policy Volunteer with CPRE London, you’ll help champion green spaces and influence the policies shaping our city’s future.

Working with our Head of Campaigns, colleagues and volunteers, you’ll research and analyse key environmental issues such as biodiversity, More Natural Capital, Parks for Sale and the protection of parks and green spaces, contribute to policy and advocacy work that supports London’s journey towards becoming a zero-carbon city, support campaigns and communications that engage the public, local authorities, and decision-makers on vital planning and countryside matters.

Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to champion environmental issues, from tackling the climate crisis to promoting sustainable development. We welcome those able to offer a regular commitment to those who can volunteer time on more of a project basis. We are looking to have these volunteers join our team from 1st December, 2025.

Our friendly and experienced team will provide training and guidance to help you develop in your role. You’ll gain valuable experience and skills in, campaign strategy and policy development, research and stakeholder engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
