Job description
We are looking for a warm and supportive Beauty & Pampering Volunteer to provide gentle wellbeing sessions for women accessing our services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others feel relaxed, cared for, and uplifted through simple beauty and self care activities such as nail painting.
What you will be doing
- Deliver nail painting sessions and encourage service users to get involved
- Create a calm, welcoming, and trauma informed environment where women feel safe and comfortable
- Encourage confidence, wellbeing, and relaxation through positive, empowering interactions
- Maintain appropriate hygiene standards and ensure all activities are safe
- Work with staff to coordinate sessions
The skills you need
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality.
