Job description

We are looking for a volunteer to encourage and support our service users to engage with our online groups programme! By visiting services, providing practical support and encouragement, ensuring they feel confident participating, you will be supporting our service users to learn new things and connect with others!

What you will be doing

Visiting services to encourage service user engagement in our online groups programme
Support individuals who may struggle with technology by assisting with logging in and joining online sessions.
Make reminder calls to service users before sessions
Report any concerns or feedback to the team

The skills you need

Friendly and patient communication style
Basic digital skills
Ability to explain steps clearly and calmly
Empathy and understanding of diverse needs
