As a Volunteer Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will lead our volunteer fundraising team – including a Fundraising Assistant – to develop and deliver fundraising activities that help sustain and grow our vital services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small volunteer fundraising team, including a Fundraising Assistant
- Develop and implement a creative and effective fundraising strategy
- Organise community fundraising events and campaigns
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
- Promote fundraising initiatives through local networks and social media
- Collaborate with staff, trustees, and volunteers to meet fundraising targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for event planning
- Good communication and teamwork
- Experience in planning or assisting with events (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to Home-Start Bromley’s mission and values
