Impact Volunteer - Lived Experience Listener

Listen, learn and make a difference in shaping the future of end-of-life care. By listening to real experiences from patients, families, and healthcare professionals and capturing their experiences, you’ll ensure every voice is heard and every story matters.

Availability: 3 - 5 visits per month - flexible to suit your schedule

What you’ll do:

• Visit local hospitals and engage with patients, families, and staff
• Conduct interviews and surveys to gather insights
• Record experiences sensitively and accurately in their own words
• Summarise key findings to support research and improvement initiatives
