Availability: 3 - 5 visits per month - flexible to suit your schedule

End-of-life care is one of life’s most important stages. Your role will help ensure it’s delivered with compassion, dignity, and excellence. By listening to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, you’ll capture real stories and feedback that shape better care for the future.
What you’ll do:
- Visit local hospitals and engage with patients, families, and staff
- Conduct interviews and surveys to gather insights
- Record experiences sensitively and accurately in their own words
- Summarise key findings to support research and improvement initiatives
