Charity Manager – MINDSET Charity (Volunteer Role)

MINDSET Charity is a new UK-based initiative supporting men aged 16–50 through mental wellbeing and personal growth. We’re seeking a committed Volunteer to join us and become our first ever Charity Manager to help coordinate our programmes, support our volunteers, and ensure our mission is delivered with clarity, compassion, and impact.
This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone passionate about men’s mental health and experienced in charity operations or volunteer management.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the charity.

Support and coordinate volunteers across multiple roles.

Schedule workshops, manage logistics, and ensure smooth delivery.

Liaise with trustees, facilitators, and outreach partners.

Uphold safeguarding, data protection, and governance standards.

Help shape internal systems (Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, etc.).
Skills & Experience

Experience in charity management, volunteer coordination, or project leadership.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Empathy, reliability, and a commitment to our values: Resilience, Dignity, Growth, Openness, Community.

Familiarity with remote tools (Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, etc.).

Lived experience or passion for men’s wellbeing is welcome.
