Men’s mental health is in crisis. The decline is real, urgent, and deeply felt across England. But we believe in a different future — one where men are empowered to speak up, grow stronger, and live fuller, healthier lives.
That’s why we’re building MINDSET Charity, a bold new movement launching in 2026. Right now, we’re at the concept stage — and we need skilled, experienced Charity Managers to help us drive this vision from idea to reality.
What We’re Creating:

The Charity Manager Role:
As a Charity Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our start‑up journey. You’ll:

Lead the charity through concept, registration, and launch.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth delivery of our mission.

Build and manage volunteer teams, creating a culture of collaboration and impact.

Shape strategic plans and help secure partnerships, funding, and visibility.

Ensure we grow sustainably and stay true to our values.
We’re looking for people with experience in charity management, leadership, or organisational development — and a passion for changing the narrative around men’s mental health.
