HR and Volunteering Coordinator (Volunteer Role)

MINDSET Charity is a new UK-based initiative supporting men aged 16–50 through mental wellbeing and personal growth. We’re seeking a dedicated HR and Volunteering Coordinator to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our volunteer team.
This is a remote volunteer role ideal for someone with a passion for people, structure, and impact. You’ll help shape a values-led culture rooted in dignity, resilience, and growth.
Responsibilities

Lead recruitment campaigns for all volunteer roles.

Design and deliver onboarding processes and induction materials.

Maintain volunteer records and role descriptions.

Support volunteer wellbeing, engagement, and development.

Collaborate with the Charity Manager and Trustees to ensure smooth operations.

Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and data protection standards.
Skills & Experience

Experience in HR, volunteer coordination, or people management.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Familiarity with remote tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, etc.).
