Become a Founding Trustee: Help Launch MINDSET Charity
Men’s mental health is declining fast. The crisis is real, urgent, and deeply felt across England. But we believe in a different future — one where men are empowered to speak up, grow stronger, and live fuller, healthier lives.
That’s why we’re building MINDSET Charity, a bold new movement launching in 2026. Right now, we’re at the concept stage — and we need visionary Trustees to help us lay the foundations.
What We’re Creating:

Group Workshops & Brotherhood Circles — spaces for men to share, learn, and grow.

Online Resources — tools and guides for self‑improvement.

Community Activities — building resilience through connection and action.
This is not therapy. It’s about mindset, skills, and self‑improvement — giving men the tools to thrive, not just survive.
The Trustee Role:
As a Trustee, you’ll be part of the founding team shaping MINDSET Charity from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding the charity through registration and governance.

Helping set the strategic direction and ensuring we stay true to our mission.

Supporting the launch and growth of services across England.

Acting as an ambassador for men’s mental health and self‑improvement.
We’re looking for Trustees who bring passion, integrity, and skills in areas such as governance, finance, law, fundraising, communications, or community development. As well as lived experiences.
