Video Review Volunteer (Remote)
Help us to review RAF Stories videos before they’re uploaded to the website for inaccuracies in the captions.
What is the role?
RAF Stories is a small department within RAF Museum that interviews past and present RAF service personnel for an online collection and distribution.
Every month, we upload approximately 20 short clips of people telling stories and anecdotes about their life and experiences in and around the RAF. We are looking for someone to provide fresh eyes on these videos to check for technical and editor errors as well as other errors or missing closed captions. This role would suit someone who is interested in human stories and has an eye for detail. This role will be completed remote.
What will I be doing?
· Watch the videos and amend inaccuracies in the captions via the HappyScribe website
· Report any mistakes in the video (i.e. problems with audio)

· Would like to engage with volunteering from home
· Have an interest in human stories
· Have an eye for detail
· Have access to a computer
· Have some technical competency
· Have some knowledge of RAF or the military
How much time would I need to commit?
We would like a volunteer who can donate five to six hours per month.
