RANGER CADETS — UNIT RANGER (UNIT COMMANDER)
Lead our pilot East London unit. Build the team. Inspire the cadets. Shape the future.
Ranger Cadets is a new, independent, inclusive youth organisation with a powerful mission: prepare young people aged 11–21 for life through service, community, skill development and positive leadership .
We’re launching our pilot East London unit — the first of many. A modern, community‑focused, volunteer‑powered youth organisation where young people grow, contribute and discover what they’re capable of.
To make this vision real, we need a Unit Ranger — a confident, organised, energising leader who can run the unit, support volunteers, inspire cadets and represent Ranger Cadets in the local community.
If you love leadership… If you thrive in teamwork… If you want to help build something meaningful from day one… This role is for you.
THE VOLUNTEER ROLE: Lead the East London Unit — and Bring Ranger Cadets to Life
