The Salisbury Diocesan Board of Finance (DBF) is looking for an experienced volunteer to join our busy Technology Team and play a vital part in providing technical support to diocesan staff on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will assist the Technology Team in providing day-to-day support for staff. This will include management of user accounts, troubleshooting of devices and communication of known challenges/system outages. You will provide in-person guidance and assistance to employees at our Wilton office, dealing with a range of technical and equipment queries.
You will be someone who:
- Has strong enthusiasm for technology, and ideally a background of IT support.
- Has an inquiring mind who looks proactively for solutions and potential challenges.
- Is professional, calm and can demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Ensures accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can manage your own workload and adapt flexibly to the needs of the department.
