As an online “ At Home” Volunteer, you will be working with people from a wide variety of

The Position: We ask Volunteers to contribute a minimum of one hour a month. Within our
Human Resource Division you will be learning to process applicants from around the world,

monthly meetings. While English is required, you will learn to be comfortable with various global
accents as well as proficient in your Interviewing skills and background research. You will
practice team organizing & management skills. Depending on which teams you join, you will

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to support the delivery of group work sessions to clients who have experienced domestic abuse. This role is a fantastic way to get involved directly with small groups of participants and to help them move forward with their lives.
NDAS runs a variety of group work programmes designed to support both male and female victims of domestic abuse, as well as a programme dedicated to perpetrator awareness. This voluntary role will help support the delivery of these programmes and will work alongside the facilitator, providing support and organisation skills.
Programmes run both daytime and evenings for a 10 week session. Volunteers would need to be available for one 2.5-3 hour session, on a regular basis, on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 9:45am – 12:15pm or 6:45pm – 9:15pm.

Peer support is about sharing your lived experience of mental health struggles with other people with the hope of providing, support, encouragement, and validation that you understand what they are going through, that they are not alone in their feelings and circumstance. We provide peer support to people living with borderline personality disorder, through our online groups which are run throughout the month. As well as general support groups, we also have specialist groups for men-only, women-only, LGBTQIA+, young people and families.
