Creative & Design Assistant – Sun of Freedom (Part-time / Casual / Volunteer)

Sun of Freedom is looking for a creative assistant to help our Creative Director with design for events and aid/distribution updates.

You’ll help with:

• Canva designs for Instagram (posts, stories, carousels, reels covers)
• Event designs (posters, schedules, signage, thank-you graphics, QR donation tiles)
• Basic print-ready PDFs
• Keeping templates and files organised

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have a strong eye for clean design and layout
• Are confident using Canva (Adobe a bonus)
• Communicate well and meet deadlines
• Can handle sensitive content respectfully
• Time: ~5–10 hours/week (flexible, more around events)
• Location: Remote (optional in-person if local)

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
