Activities, Programmes & Events Lead (Volunteer Role)

SUNSHINE is a grassroots, volunteer‑powered charity bringing joy, connection and belonging to people who need it most. Our community events and initiatives are at the heart of this mission — and we’re looking for someone to help shape, grow and lead them.

We’re seeking an Activities, Programmes & Events Lead to design, set up and oversee the delivery of our SUNSHINE initiatives. You’ll help create warm, uplifting experiences that bring people together and build genuine community.

What you’ll do

• Develop and plan community activities, programmes and events

• Source venues, partners, resources and materials

• Oversee event set‑up and ensure smooth delivery

• Support volunteers involved in running activities

• Help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere at every SUNSHINE moment
