Every community begins with a story — a shared dream of who we are and who we can become. In our Citizenship Project, participants are doing something extraordinary: imagining and building a nation from the ground up. A nation with its own culture, symbols, identity, and spirit.

But every nation needs an artist. A storyteller. A designer who can turn imagination into reality.

And this is where you come in.........

We’re searching for someone extraordinary

• Someone who understands that design is not just visual — it is cultural.
• Someone who knows that a flag can unite people, that a coat of arms can carry values, that a symbol can hold a whole community’s pride.
• Someone who can take the ideas of our participants and transform them into fully realised designs that feel alive.

As our Graphic Designer (Citizenship Project), you will help shape the visual identity of an entire imagined nation — its symbols, its emblems, its story.

What you’ll create and bring to life

Working closely with our participants, you will help design:

• National flags that express identity, unity, and belonging.

• Coats of arms that capture values, heritage, and symbolism.

• Stamps that celebrate culture, history, and creativity.

• Logos for institutions, ministries, and community spaces.

• Visual assets that define the nation’s character and aesthetic.

• Any other creative elements that help bring this imagined world to life.

You’ll take sketches, ideas, concepts, and discussions — and turn them into polished, professional designs that participants can be proud of.
