As a founding HR & Volunteering volunteer, you’ll help create the foundations that will support every volunteer, staff member, and community member who joins us.

Depending on your interests, you could help with:

• Volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and welcome processes.

• Creating role descriptions and volunteer pathways.

• Supporting wellbeing, inclusion, and volunteer experience.

• Helping build HR systems, policies, and safeguarding processes.

• Coordinating training, inductions, and check‑ins.

• Supporting volunteer engagement, recognition, and community building.

• Helping shape a warm, safe, supportive culture across the charity.
