The Role: Lead a Campaign That Changes Hearts, Minds, and Lives

As a 100% volunteer‑run and volunteer‑led start‑up charity, we are searching for experienced, creative, and passionate Loneliness Campaign Volunteers to design and deliver SUNSHINE’s first major awareness campaign.

This is not just a role. This is an opportunity to shine a light on loneliness, amplify the voices of those living with it daily, and build a movement that inspires understanding, empathy, and action.

You will help us create a campaign that is:

• Impactful — sparking conversation, reflection, and community engagement.

• Uplifting — offering hope, connection, and a path forward.

• Positive — rooted in compassion, dignity, and humanity.

• Unforgettable — keeping loneliness at the forefront of people’s minds.

You Will Lead On:

• Designing and delivering SUNSHINE’s first Loneliness Awareness Campaign.

• Creating messaging, stories, and content that highlight:

  • The reality of loneliness.

  • The voices and experiences of those affected.

  • The role SUNSHINE plays in creating connection and belonging.

• Developing campaign strategies across digital, print, and community channels.

• Working with communications, design, and programme teams to ensure alignment.

• Creating campaign assets that raise SUNSHINE’s profile as a brand‑new charity.

• Building partnerships with local organisations, community groups, and media.

• Ensuring the campaign is inclusive, respectful, and emotionally resonant.

• Helping shape a long‑term public awareness strategy for SUNSHINE.
