Your Role: Office & Operations Manager

This isn’t just any volunteer role — this is your chance to help build the operational heartbeat of a brand‑new charity.

As our Office & Operations Manager, you’ll support the CEO and leadership team by keeping our internal systems organised, our admin running smoothly, and our volunteers supported. You’ll help create the structure that allows SUNSHINE to grow with confidence and care.

You’ll be the organiser, the coordinator, the “we’ve got this” energy behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help us build a strong, well‑run charity by:

  • Managing day‑to‑day office and administrative tasks.

  • Supporting the CEO with organisation, scheduling and internal coordination.

  • Helping develop simple, friendly systems and processes.

  • Keeping documents, records and files organised and up to date.

  • Coordinating internal communication across teams and volunteers.

  • Supporting volunteer onboarding and general admin.

  • Helping ensure our operations are safe, compliant and well‑structured.

  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table (we LOVE ideas).

  • Being a calm, reliable, friendly presence as we grow.

You don’t need to be an operations expert — just someone who is organised, proactive and excited to help build something meaningful.
