Our charity application is submitted. Our Trustees are in place. Our first pilot programmes are ready to launch. Now we are looking for someone thoughtful, detail‑driven, and passionate about impact to help secure the funding that will power SUNSHINE’s growth.

We’re searching for someone who understands the power of a well‑crafted application — someone who can translate emotion into clarity, mission into outcomes, and community need into compelling cases for support.

You might be perfect for this if you bring:

• Strong writing skills and an eye for detail

• Experience or interest in trusts, grants, bid writing, or impact reporting

• A thoughtful, analytical approach to storytelling and evidence

• Good organisation and the ability to manage deadlines

• A collaborative spirit and a desire to help build something meaningful from the ground up

As a Trusts & Grants Fundraising Manager, you’ll work closely with our Head of Fundraising & Partnerships and our Founder & CEO to identify opportunities, craft applications, and build relationships with funders who believe in our mission.

What you’ll help us build

• Compelling funding applications that clearly communicate SUNSHINE’s impact, purpose, and potential.

• A pipeline of trusts, foundations, and grant opportunities aligned with our mission.

• Clear, evidence‑based cases for support rooted in community need and wellbeing outcomes.

• Impact reporting and updates that help funders feel connected to the difference they’re making.

• A sustainable funding foundation that supports SUNSHINE’s long‑term growth and legacy.
