What you’ll do

You’ll take the lead on bringing SUNSHINE to life by:

• Designing and launching new community projects.

• Organising events that spark joy and connection.

• Helping set up new services that support wellbeing and belonging.

• Working closely with the Founder to shape our first programmes.

• Turning creative ideas into practical, real‑world experiences.

• Building relationships with volunteers, partners, and local communities.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll see the results of your work immediately.
