The Role: Help Build the Heart of SUNSHINE

As a 100% volunteer run and led charity, we are searching for experienced, dedicated, and deeply compassionate Volunteering Programme Volunteers to lead the creation, set-up, and implementation of our brand‑new volunteering programme.

This is not just a role. This is an opportunity to shape the culture, spirit, and soul of a movement designed to transform loneliness into belonging across London.

You will help us build a volunteering experience that is:

• Uplifting — where every volunteer feels energised and valued.

You will lead on:

• Designing and launching our volunteering programme.

• Creating a warm, joyful, and inclusive volunteer culture.

• Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers who share our mission.

• Ensuring every volunteer feels supported, celebrated, and part of something bigger.
