We are seeking a highly intuitive and driven Podcast Guest Booker / Story Researcher to join our Social Media Management Team (SMMT). This is not a typical admin role — we are looking for a natural story hunter. Someone who can uncover powerful, untold stories from anywhere in the world, build trust with individuals, and bring those voices onto our platform. You will play a key role in shaping the impact of our podcast by sourcing guests whose stories educate, challenge, and awaken our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and identify potential podcast guests globally (online and offline).
- Source individuals such as survivors, whistleblowers, experts, and truth-tellers with compelling stories.
- Conduct outreach via social media, email, communities, and personal networks.
- Build trust and rapport with potential guests, handling conversations with care and professionalism.
- Carry out initial vetting and research to ensure alignment, credibility, and safety.
- Coordinate and manage a pipeline of potential guests, tracking outreach and responses.
- Schedule and support pre-interviews where required.
- Collaborate with the SMMT to align guest stories with content strategy and campaigns.
- Prepare basic guest briefs to support podcast recordings.

- Passionate about truth, awareness, and real storytelling
- Able to handle deep, emotional, or controversial topics with maturity
- Respect confidentiality and ethical storytelling practices
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in podcasting, journalism, PR, research, or community outreach
- Experience sourcing guests or conducting interviews
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Discord, or CRM systems
- Background in storytelling, media, or social impact work
