Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C is a pioneering Podcast/YouTube Channel and healing membership organisation dedicated to providing a platform for survivors and whistleblowers to share lived experiences, expose systemic failures, and promote healing through culturally trauma-informed care.

We are a mission-driven, collective-focused C.I.C building a movement that combines healing, re-education, empowerment, and truth-based storytelling. Through our podcast, digital content, educational initiatives, and healing-centred community, we aim to challenge generational cycles, expose hidden truths, advocate for justice, and inspire transformation.

Our content focuses on:

  • Survivors of CSA, RSA, CT, and CA stories

  • Whistleblowers and retired experts

  • Generational trauma and healing

  • Youth empowerment and education

  • Community transformation through honest storytelling

Job Purpose

The Founding Volunteer Digital Marketing Director will play a leading role in shaping and driving the organisation’s digital growth, audience engagement, visibility, and marketing strategy.

You will oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives that amplify our mission, expand community reach, strengthen audience relationships, and support long-term organisational growth.

This role requires leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, collaboration, organisation, and a passion for advocacy, healing, and truth-based storytelling.

About the Role

The Founding Volunteer Digital Marketing Director will:

  • Lead the organisation’s overall digital marketing strategy

  • Develop campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth

  • Oversee digital outreach across:

    • social media

    • email marketing

    • SEO

    • podcast promotion

    • YouTube growth

    • community campaigns

  • Support audience acquisition and retention strategies

  • Help shape the organisation’s digital identity and online presence

  • Collaborate with outreach, SEO, content, production, and creative teams

  • Analyse performance metrics and recommend growth improvements

  • Assist in building scalable marketing systems and workflows

  • Help lead and coordinate volunteer marketing contributors as the organisation grows

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful impact through digital media, storytelling, and community-focused advocacy.

Main Responsibilities / Key Duties

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

  • Lead audience growth and engagement initiatives

  • Support podcast, YouTube, and website promotion

  • Oversee campaign planning and execution

  • Coordinate marketing calendars and communication activities

  • Analyse digital performance metrics and audience trends

  • Improve brand visibility and online reach

  • Collaborate across creative, outreach, and production teams

  • Help establish scalable systems and workflows

  • Support membership growth, partnerships, and community engagement efforts

  • Assist in mentoring or coordinating volunteer contributors where needed

Experience using tools such as:
