Hey London — Urban Youth is taking off, and we need a Deputy Director to help build this movement from the ground up!
Urban Youth is launching — bold, vibrant, and built for the next generation. And now we’re looking for a volunteer Deputy Director who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help shape the future of a brand‑new youth charity in the heart of London.

As our Deputy Director, you’ll get to:

Help set up, run, and grow Urban Youth from day one.

Support the Director with planning, decision‑making, and day‑to‑day leadership.

Shape programmes, systems, and activities that empower young Londoners.

Work across operations, youth work, partnerships, and community engagement.

Bring ideas, energy, and vision to a movement built for — and with — young people.

Play a key role in creating safe, fun, positive spaces where young people can thrive.
