Hey London — Urban Youth is launching, and we need a Lead Youth Worker to help bring the magic to life!
Urban Youth is bold, fresh, and built for the next generation. And now we’re looking for a volunteer Lead Youth Worker who’s ready to dream big, create unforgettable activities, and help shape a youth movement that actually speaks to young people.
If you love designing fun, positive, engaging youth work sessions… if you’re passionate about helping young people grow in confidence, build real‑life skills, and reconnect with the world around them… then you’re exactly who we want leading the charge.
As our Lead Youth Worker, you’ll get to:

Create brand‑new youth work activities inspired by our mission.

Lead sessions that get young people off their devices and into real‑life fun.

Build safe, positive spaces where young people can be themselves.

Engage young people and bring them into Urban Youth activities, including local schools.

Support Youth Ambassadors and volunteers to deliver brilliant sessions.

Shape the direction of Urban Youth’s programmes from day one.

Bring energy, creativity, and heart to a movement built for young Londoners.
