Urban Youth – Marketing & Communications Volunteer Wanted

Help us get Urban Youth out into the world — loud, proud, and impossible to ignore.

We’re so excited to be launching Urban Youth — a brand new London youth work charity created to give young people experiences, opportunities, and the space to discover themselves and the world around them. This is a youth community built on care, creativity, belonging and real connection… and now we’re looking for someone with bags of energy to help us tell our story.

We’re searching for our first amazing Marketing & Communications Volunteer — someone who really gets youth culture, loves connecting with people, and can help us raise our profile both online and out in the community.

This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk role. It’s lively, creative, and full of movement. You’ll be helping us build the voice, presence and buzz that will define Urban Youth from day one.

What you’ll be helping us create

With our team and community, you’ll help us build:

  • a social media presence that feels fresh, bold and youth‑centred.

  • content that speaks to young Londoners and the communities around them.

  • campaigns that help us reach new volunteers, partners and supporters.

  • a recognisable voice and vibe that people connect with instantly.

  • a community presence that gets people talking, sharing and showing up.

This is more than a volunteer role — it’s a chance to help shape the identity and visibility of a youth movement that will support young people for years to come.

Someone who:
