URBAN YOUTH is a brand‑new, street‑level youth work charity with a big vision and bold energy. We’re a start‑up with heart, hustle, and a mission to show up for young people exactly where they are, on the streets, in estates, in parks, in the places most people overlook.

We’re building something powerful from the ground up. And we need people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us get off the ground ASAP.

You don’t need years of board experience — you need passion, commitment, and the drive to help a start‑up charity grow fast. If you have an entrepreneurial, go getting spirit, then you would be perfect.

WE ALSO NEED SKILLED, CREATIVE, COMMUNITY‑DRIVEN PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP US LAUNCH

If you’ve got experience in any of these areas, we need you right now:

• Fundraising & Grant Writing — help us secure the fuel that powers our mission.

• Creative Industries — designers, filmmakers, musicians, digital creators, storytellers.

• Community Connectors — people who know the streets, the networks, the culture, the people.
