You are the one who ensures our "Crew" is vetted, our "Drops" are insured, and our "Data" is locked down. You turn the "boring stuff" into a competitive advantage.

THE MISSION DEBRIEF
Your objective is to build a "Bulletproof" operational foundation:

THE COMPLIANCE SHIELD: Managing the "Specs"—DBS checks, risk assessments, and insurance. You make sure we’re legal so we can be loud.

THE DATA VAULT: Keeping our community info organised, GDPR-compliant, and ready for "Mission Debriefs" (Impact Reporting).

THE CREW ONBOARDING: Managing the paperwork that turns a "Volunteer" into an "Official Crew Member."

THE INBOX CONTROLLER: Streamlining the comms between the Board, the Co-CEOs, and our partners.
