Help build relationships and secure funding for a new youth service in London
About the project: We are developing a pop‑up youth service for young people in London. To make it sustainable, we need support with partnership building and fundraising.
The role: You will help with:
-
Reaching out to youth centres, schools, councils, and charities
-
Attending meetings (with the founder or on behalf of the project)
-
Following up with partners and maintaining relationships
-
Researching grants, trusts, and funding opportunities
-
Drafting funding applications and simple budgets
-
Supporting monitoring and evaluation for funders
Who this role suits: Someone who is confident speaking with organisations, enjoys relationship‑building, and has an interest in fundraising or community engagement. Experience in the charity sector is a bonus but not required.
Accessibility & support: The founder experiences anxiety and dyslexia, so this role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking the lead in meetings and supporting written tasks.
Time commitment: Flexible — 3–5 hours per week, remote with occasional in‑person meetings.
