Help launch a pop‑up youth service for young people in London.
About the project: We are creating a new pop‑up youth service for young people in London, offering safe spaces, positive activities, and support. We are looking for a reliable, organised volunteer to help with the planning and operational side of getting the project off the ground.
The role: You will work closely with the founder to support:
-
Planning timelines, tasks, and project milestones
-
Coordinating venues, equipment, and session logistics
-
Preparing for meetings and writing follow‑up notes
-
Keeping track of actions and ensuring nothing is missed
-
Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes
-
Helping shape smooth, practical systems for delivery
Who this role suits: Someone who enjoys organising, planning, and bringing structure to ideas. You should be calm, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative. Experience in project management, events, youth work, or community projects is helpful but not essential.
Accessibility & support: The founder lives with anxiety and dyslexia, so patience, clarity, and a supportive working style are important. You’ll be helping create a service that removes barriers for young people — and modelling that support from the start.
Time commitment: Flexible — ideally 3–5 hours per week, remote with occasional in‑person meetings.
