URBAN YOUTH doesn't have "volunteers"—we have The Crew. They are the field agents, the creatives, and the energy that makes every "Drop" happen.
But a world-class Crew doesn't just appear. It needs a Chief. We are looking for a Volunteer Manager to be the heartbeat of our people strategy. You aren't just filling rotas; you are building a culture of elite, motivated, and street-ready talent.
THE MISSION DEBRIEF
Your objective is to build the most engaged, hyped, and professional volunteer community in the city:

THE RECRUITMENT: Scouting the best talent—from mentors to DJs, from photographers to youth workers.

THE ONBOARDING: Turning "interested" people into "Urban Youth Insiders" with a slick, high-energy induction.

THE CULTURE: Keeping the vibes high. You are responsible for the motivation, the shout-outs, and the sense of belonging.

THE ENGINE: Managing the "specs"—DBS checks, training, and making sure the right Crew members are at the right Drop at the right time.
