VOLUNTEERING MANAGER (VOLUNTEER ROLE)

URBAN YOUTH is a bold new grassroots youth work charity in inner London, creating vibrant, screen‑free spaces where young people connect with inspiring adult role models, build confidence, and discover who they can become.
We’re building something big a community, a family, a London-born youth culture rooted in positivity, creativity and community.
To make that happen, we need an incredible Volunteering Manager to help build, grow and energise our dream team of volunteers.
WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
As our Volunteering Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our volunteer experience. You’ll:

Design and launch our full volunteering programme.

Recruit fun, inspiring, youth‑friendly volunteers across London.

Lead the selection and onboarding journey.

Keep our volunteers motivated, supported and buzzing with purpose.

Build a culture where every volunteer feels valued, connected and part of something bigger.
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives on energy, and wants to shape a movement from the ground up.
