Hey London — Urban Youth is launching, and we want young leaders at the heart of it!
*THIS VOLUNTEER ROLE IS FOR UNDER 21 YEAR OLDS ONLY*
Urban Youth is bold, fresh, and built with young people — not just for them. And now we’re looking for Youth Ambassadors who want to step up, get involved, and help shape a brand‑new youth movement from day one.
If you’re passionate about making change, speaking up, supporting others, and getting stuck into real opportunities that actually matter… this is your moment.
As a Youth Ambassador, you’ll get to:

Have a real say in big decisions about how Urban Youth runs

Help interview and train staff and volunteers

Lead on activities, events, and creative projects

Be a peer mentor and support other young people

Bring your ideas, your voice, and your lived experience to the table

Be one of the faces and voices at events, meetings or in our publicity materials, promoting Urban Youth

Help build a youth charity that actually listens to young people
