Hey London — Urban Youth is launching, and we need a Youth Team Leader to help bring the vibe to life!
Urban Youth is bold, fresh, and built for the next generation. And now we’re looking for a volunteer Youth Team Leader x5 who’s ready to create unforgettable youth work activities and lead an amazing team of volunteer youth workers.
If you love designing fun, positive, engaging sessions… if you’re passionate about helping young people grow in confidence, build real‑life skills, and reconnect with the world around them… and if you’ve got the energy to guide and inspire a team — then you’re exactly who we want leading the way.
As our Youth Team Leader, you’ll get to:

Create brand‑new youth work activities based on our mission and aims.

Lead a team of volunteer youth workers with confidence and warmth.

Deliver sessions that get young people off their devices and into real‑life fun.

Build safe, positive spaces where young people can be themselves.

Support Youth Ambassadors and volunteers to shine in their roles.

Help shape the direction of Urban Youth’s programmes from day one.
