The Nonprofit Hive is a free platform for changemakers to create and cultivate their social impact community.

Nonprofit work is challenging, full of isolation and a lack of resources. We are working to create a community for nonprofit professionals to have the opportunity to network, make connections, share resources and create collaborations. We place changemakers in 1-1 video chats ("Hive Chats") weekly based on a unique matching algorithm that facilitates conversation.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a worldwide movement to engage nonprofit professionals, create resources, be involved in influencer and ambassador marketing and feel like they are impacting the world at large. We are growing quickly and working towards profitability so our biggest challenges right now are in social media, video production, marketing and communications.

Community Marketing & Storytelling Partner

We’re looking for someone who loves storytelling, community-building, and thoughtful marketing—not hype or hard sells.
In this role, you’ll support The Nonprofit Hive by helping translate real community moments into clear, human-centered marketing. This might include shaping LinkedIn posts, email highlights, short stories from Hive conversations, or helping us experiment with content themes that resonate with nonprofit professionals globally.
You’ll work closely with our small core team to ensure our messaging stays authentic, values-aligned, and grounded in lived experience—while still helping us grow sustainably.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys narrative, relationship-first marketing, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven ecosystem without burnout culture.
