Executive Assistant for the CEO
We are looking for an Executive Assistant volunteer to support the CEO of Sembeza Africa. You will handle core administrative tasks, coordinate volunteer operations and contribute ideas for income generation.
You are expected to:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, communication and office workflow.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and materials for executive meetings and Board sessions.
- Organize approved travel plans and process related expenses.
- Keep accurate, confidential files for the CEO’s office.
- Generate practical ideas for fundraising and identify possible income streams.
- Draft initial proposals and pitch materials for donors or partners.
- Coordinate daily support for field volunteers, including logistics, transport stipends, credit allocation, and expense processing.
- Act as the main communication point for volunteer operational requests.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year of administrative or executive support experience.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and high-volume tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident with basic budget tracking and financial organization.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with initiative.
- Commitment to Sembeza Africa’s mission.

4-6 hours per week
