Job description

ExperTeens tackles the youth employment crisis by equipping young Africans with vocational, tech, and entrepreneurial training, ensuring they can access and thrive in emerging digital markets.

We bridge this gap by providing high-impact training in tech and transferable skills, creating physical incubation hubs, and developing innovative business software solutions. Beyond education, we provide mentorship and startup funding to help young leaders launch their own ventures. By directly connecting youth to the outsourcing economy, we are driving innovation and building sustainable pathways out of poverty across the continent.

Role description

To expand programs and reach more young people, ExperTeens must secure sustainable funding. This role focuses on identifying funding opportunities and developing strong, well-researched proposals.

The Grant Writer will support organizational growth by helping position ExperTeens for institutional funding, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.

Strong writing and strategic thinking in this role directly translate to expanded impact.
