About Us
CutOff Recycle is a Tanzania-based circular economy startup transforming human hair waste into organic fertilizers for smallholder farmers. We’ve diverted over 4 tons of waste from landfills and created income opportunities for 350+ individuals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Grant Writer to help us unlock funding opportunities and scale our environmental and social impact globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grants (climate, agriculture, circular economy, ESG)
- Write and submit compelling grant proposals
- Support fundraising strategy and documentation
- Maintain a database of funding opportunities and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience (or interest) in grant writing or fundraising
- Passion for sustainability, climate, or social impact
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
