Graphic Designer

Visual storytelling is a powerful part of how we communicate at Period Reality. From social media to educational resources, design helps make complex topics clear, engaging, and accessible. This role is key to bringing our ideas to life visually and ensuring our content resonates with the people we serve.
What you’ll do

Design engaging social media graphics for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn etc.

Create one-pagers, reports, and visual resources for internal and external use

Design downloadable materials such as guides, tools, and educational content

Design infographics that simplify complex topics around menstrual health and gender equity

Collaborate with different teams to bring ideas to life

Maintain visual consistency across all designs in line with our brand guide

Contribute new creative ideas
What we’re looking for

A creative designer with a strong eye for layout, colour, and visual storytelling

Experience in designing for social media and digital platforms

Comfortable creating a range of materials (graphics, infographics, documents, etc.)

Proficient in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)

Able to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals

Proactive, self-driven, able to manage tasks independently and commit time

Collaborative and open to feedback

Aligned with our mission and comfortable working in an impact-driven environment
