Growth & Partnership Manager
The Growth & Partnership Manager will lead FriendnPal’s expansion strategy by driving user growth, securing strategic partnerships, and deepening relationships with corporates, research institutions, NGOs, governments, and ecosystem partners.
This is a key leadership role for a results-driven, purpose-led professional who thrives at the intersection of tech, social innovation, and impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
Design and execute growth strategies to scale FriendnPal
Identify and optimize growth channels (digital, partnerships, community, and referral).
Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, healthcare providers, and governments.
Develop CSR, wellness, and innovation collaborations that align with FriendnPal’s mission and the UN SDGs.
Drive integration partnerships with tech platforms (e.g., telcos, digital health, recycling networks).
Represent FriendnPal in ecosystem events, accelerators, and policy dialogues to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Work with the finance team to forecast, track, and report partnership performance and ROI.
Position FriendnPal as a thought leader in digital wellness, inclusion, and AI for good.
Co-develop storytelling and pitch materials for potential investors, partners, and CSR sponsors.
