The Nonprofit Hive is a free platform for changemakers to create and cultivate their social impact community.

Nonprofit work is challenging, full of isolation and a lack of resources. We are working to create a community for nonprofit professionals to have the opportunity to network, make connections, share resources and create collaborations. We place changemakers in 1-1 video chats ("Hive Chats") weekly based on a unique matching algorithm that facilitates conversation.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a worldwide movement to engage nonprofit professionals, create resources, be involved in influencer and ambassador marketing and feel like they are impacting the world at large. We are growing quickly and working towards profitability so our biggest challenges right now are in social media, video production, marketing and communications.

PR & Partnerships Support (Social Impact Focus)

As our work gains traction globally, we’re looking for support amplifying our story in the right rooms.
This role focuses on identifying aligned media, podcasts, newsletters, events, and partnership opportunities where The Nonprofit Hive and Community Hives could add value. You might help draft pitch angles, refine key messages, or support outreach to values-aligned organizations, funders, or ecosystem builders.
This is not high-volume PR—it’s thoughtful, targeted relationship-building with people and platforms that care about nonprofit sustainability, community, and collaboration.
Ideal for someone with PR, partnerships, or ecosystem-building experience who wants to apply those skills in a purpose-driven, human way.
