Clean Something For Nothing™ (CSFN) is a global citizen movement and app connecting people to clean nature, one bag of trash at a time.

Our mission is simple: Remove what nature doesn’t need (trash) �� Put back what nature does need (trees) With our new model: 1 kg of litter collected = 1 tree planted

Since launch, the CSFN community has mobilised thousands of volunteers across 84+ countries, combining cleanup actions, impact tracking, and storytelling to inspire real-world change.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help us amplify our impact online and make our value proposition instantly understandable for citizens and companies. Our main channel is Instagram (8000+ organic followers, ~8% engagement), with content repurposed for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• �� Actively engage with Instagram trends related to #plogging, #cleanup, #environment
• �� Create 2 short-form videos per week (Reels / Shorts), repurposed across platforms
• �� Publish 2 weekly posts highlighting community cleanups, impact or partners
• ��️ Plan and schedule content consistently �� Support growth and engagement of CSFN social channels
• ✍️ Occasionally support blog / caption writing (SEO basics can be taught)

Required Skills & Profile

• ✅ Must know how to use CapCut (video editing for social media)
• ✅ Comfortable with Canva (Canva Pro access will be provided for free)
• ➕ Familiarity with scheduling tools like Metricool is a strong plus �� Creative, autonomous and aligned with CSFN values
• �� English required (other languages are a plus)
• ��‍�� Students and early-career profiles are very welcome ⏱️ Able to commit ~8h per week
