About the Role
We are looking for Youth Mentor Volunteers to support young people in education, training, and community programmes. This is a voluntary role eligible for sponsorship under the UK Charity Worker (Temporary Work) visa scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide young people through one-to-one or group sessions

• Support delivery of workshops, skills programmes, and community activities

• Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence and personal growth

• Assist with events, outreach, and recreational projects

• Provide encouragement to help young people achieve their goals

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and listening skills

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting young people

• Willingness to work as part of a team

• Commitment to our mission and values

• Previous youth work or mentoring experience is helpful but not essential full training provided

Additional Information

• Eligible for sponsorship under the UK Charity Worker (Temporary Work) visa route

• This role is unpaid. Overseas applicants will have maintenance confirmed on the Certificate of Sponsorship, as required by the Home Office. Local volunteers can claim back travel costs, and food will be provided while volunteering
