Job description

Who We Are

MINDSET Charity is a new, volunteer‑run organisation dedicated to transforming men’s lives across England. We will support men on their journeys of mental wellbeing and self‑improvement through workshops, creative programmes, and community‑building activities.

We are building a movement of resilience, dignity, and brotherhood. To make this possible, we need a thoughtful and committed Impact and Insight Lead to help us understand our impact, learn from our community, and continually strengthen the work we do.

The Role of Impact and Insight Lead

As our Impact and Insight Lead, you will:

  • Develop simple, meaningful ways to measure the difference MINDSET makes in men’s lives and communities.

  • Gather insights from participants, volunteers, partners, and community groups to understand needs, experiences, and outcomes.

  • Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, strengths, and areas for growth.

  • Work with the leadership team to ensure our programmes are evidence‑informed, community‑rooted, and continually improving.

  • Support funding applications and reporting by providing clear, compelling impact stories and data.

  • Champion a culture of learning, reflection, and accountability across the charity.

This is a volunteer role, but your leadership will be the compass that guides MINDSET’s growth — ensuring our movement remains grounded in real impact, real stories, and real change.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who share our passion for men’s mental wellbeing and community empowerment.

Experience in evaluation, research, data analysis, or impact measurement is valuable, but what matters most is your curiosity, your commitment to learning, and your belief that insight can drive meaningful change.

If you’re someone who loves understanding the “why” behind the work and turning information into action, this role will feel deeply fulfilling.

Why Join Us

  • Shape the impact framework of a pioneering charity at its foundation stage.

  • Play a vital role in ensuring our programmes genuinely support men’s wellbeing.

  • See your work directly influence strategy, funding, and community outcomes.

  • Collaborate with passionate volunteers united by vision, purpose, and brotherhood.

  • Help build a movement rooted in evidence, empathy, and long‑term change.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to help MINDSET Charity understand its impact, learn from its community, and grow with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

This is more than data. It’s about listening deeply, honouring lived experience, and ensuring every step we take strengthens the lives of the men we serve. Join us, and let’s build MINDSET together.
