About the role
As a Senior CRM and Data Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting staff across NCVO in making the most of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Acting as the go-to expert, you’ll provide guidance, training, and technical support to ensure the CRM is used confidently and effectively across the organisation. Your work will help maintain the quality and integrity of our data through regular imports, cleansing, and quality checks, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
You will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices, empowering colleagues with the tools and knowledge to use data efficiently and responsibly.
You’ll also take the lead on developing and managing our Power BI reporting suite, creating impactful dashboards and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate complex needs into clear, accessible insights, drawing from data across Microsoft Dynamics and other integrated systems. Your role will include supporting ongoing CRM development projects, maintaining system integrations—particularly with Business Central—and contributing to a smooth rollout of new features.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and enabling others through data and technology.

AMMF is the UK’s only charity solely dedicated to raising awareness of and funding research into cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). The charity works closely throughout the UK with clinicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers, patients and their carers, as well as actively collaborating across Europe and globally.
The role of the Events and Campaigns Lead is to plan and implement a wide range of high quality, responsive activities, including fundraising campaigns via social media, and developing relationships with supporter ambassadors, and planning and organising regional events, throughout the year.
The role also involves working with the CEO and wider team on AMMF’s major events, such as Westminster receptions, nurse study days, and the annual 3-day conference.
It is expected the Events and Campaigns Lead will develop an understanding of AMMF’s aims and objectives and its policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a programme for fundraising campaigns throughout the year, eg, summer competitions, Christmas fundraisers
- Lead on and be first point of contact for regional ambassadors, their meetings and events
- Develop, set up and manage a database and network of regional volunteers
- Organise patient and carer virtual meetings
- Prepare for and attend external events representing AMMF, for example, university or hospital information days
- Attend external AMMF networking, partner and fundraising events when required

We're looking for an experienced Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead to bring greater rigour and consistency to our portfolio of projects and programmes. This role will play a pivotal role in driving implementation of The Association's new strategy and shaping and driving change across all functions. This is a key role working with senior managers and project teams to develop and implement new organisation-wide project and programme management processes, tools and methods
As PMO Lead, you'll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Programme Management to embed consistent and effective practices across a central portfolio of projects and programmes. You will bring technical expertise, practical project and programme management experience and a collaborative approach to working across teams and levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of consistent project and programme management tools and methods across the organisation
- Support, upskill and coach Sponsors, Business Change Managers and Project Managers to fulfil their roles effectively
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure clear project scopes, risk management and reporting processes
- Support and challenge Project Managers, Sponsors & Business Owners across the Association to ensure the benefits of projects/programmes are defined, measured and learning points shared.

The Digital Marketing Officer (social media and website) is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our social media channels including Meta, X, LinkedIn and YouTube and the day to day running of our website. This involves developing and managing the organisation-wide social media schedule; managing, optimising and reporting on the website, and testing, evaluating and reporting on performance to drive engagement and reach new audiences.

The Community Engagement Officer is an essential role in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective members of the School Library Association community. The postholder will provide frontline support, drive online and in person engagement through outreach initiatives, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the membership base. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Lead on the development and implementation of our Individual Giving strategy, supported by the Head of Mass Participation and the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.

About the Role
Carriers of Hope is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead the logistics and practical support side of our work. This is a key leadership role, responsible for making sure that essential donated goods—food, clothing, furniture, and baby items—are received, organised, and distributed efficiently to the refugee and migrant families we support across Coventry.
You’ll oversee multiple projects, manage a committed team of staff and volunteers, and help shape the systems that make our work possible. From running our warehouse and coordinating van deliveries, to leading the House to Home furniture scheme, this is a hands-on, people-focused role with real impact.
We're looking for someone who brings strong coordination and problem-solving skills, has experience in logistics or operations, and is confident leading a team in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also play a key role in embedding sustainability into everything we do. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
