The Member Engagement Administrator will play a key role in supporting the eAA’s member engagement and event activities. This post will focus on increasing participation across the Association’s Special Interest Group (SIG) programme, supporting online and in-person events, and assisting in the delivery of the International Awards and International Conference.

About the e-Assessment Association
The e-Assessment Association (eAA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation based in the UK that brings together everyone with an interest in digital assessment. Since 2008, the eAA has championed the adoption of technology-enhanced assessment across education, training, and professional learning.

- Provide professional support and facilitate discussion for people working in this field.

Key Responsibilities
Special Interest Group (SIG) Support:
- Manage the administration and coordination of the eAA’s Special Interest Groups.
- Support and prompt volunteer leads to ensure each SIG remains active and productive.
- Coordinate and schedule SIG meetings and online events, including setting up Cvent/ Zoom/Teams sessions and distributing materials.
- Assist with follow-up actions such as publishing content, circulating recordings, and gathering member feedback.
- Monitor engagement levels and prepare summary reports for the Operations Manager and Board.
Event Support (Online and In-person):
- Assist in the setup, promotion, and delivery of online events, including webinars, panel discussions, and SIG sessions.
- Manage speaker liaison, registration processes, and event logistics.
- Support the delivery of major eAA events including the International Conference (2026) and the International Awards Gala Dinner, including administrative coordination and event materials.
- Ensure a positive participant experience by handling communications and post-event follow-up.
Membership and Communications:
- Respond to member and volunteer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and updates about SIG and event activity.
- Contribute to website updates and online event listings (including management of our online ‘Events Calendar’).
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in shared systems
- Support the wider team on projects or tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners.
- Attend in-person team meetings and support in-person at Association events (Time-Off-In-Lieu policy in operations for additional hours worked).
General:
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organised manner.
- Assist with special projects as required
- Other appropriate tasks and roles as delegated by the Operations Manager
- To undertake other duties which may, from time to time, be necessary to further the work of eAA.
Please note, there will be the occasional requirement (c. 6 times per year) to travel nationally (UK) for events and team meetings. These instances will include overnight stays. There may be future requirement for some international travel.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience managing events (especially online events such as webinars or small conferences).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ‘Tech-savvy’ with a willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and programmes, including AI. Confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in a membership organisation, charity, or non-profit setting.
- Familiar with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva.
- Experience using event platforms such as Cvent.
- Passion for education and technology, with a commitment to promoting the use of e-assessment.

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the Bury area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11325 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Bury. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week
Salary: Circa £21,900 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)
Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026. Continued funding beyond this period is subject to future contract renewals and cannot be guaranteed.

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
A key part of the role will be to recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers, to support service users and the delivery of the service.
The Stroke Support Coordinator will:
- Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
- Provide personalised information, advice and support.
- Support clients to make informed lifestyle changes that will help them to prevent further strokes.

About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
- A caring profession, ideally with experience in supporting people with disabilities.

Fuel expenses are paid, and travel time is included as part of your working hours. Core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school term time only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that meetings with partners and colleagues, plus administrative tasks, are completed as required. You will be expected to work at least four days a week.

Since 2012, Overcoming MS has been at the forefront of promoting an evidence-based approach to the self-management of MS using healthy lifestyle choices alongside medication. Although there is no cure for MS, we help people with MS to live well by making informed lifestyle choices.

· Identifying key barriers to supported self-management in MS.
· Co-developing educational resources to support healthcare professionals

Key responsibilities
· Lead the successful delivery of the Healthcare Engagement strategy, identifying and promoting engagement with our key audiences and stakeholders, in accordance with the NHS 10-year plan.
· Raise awareness with healthcare professionals of the importance of healthy lifestyle in managing MS symptoms and disease progression, resulting in expanded access to supported self-management for people with MS.
· Lead the development and delivery of strategic projects that engage healthcare professionals.
· Raise the profile and credibility of Overcoming MS, our information, events and courses, positioning us as the go-to charity for lifestyle and living well with MS.
· Increase the impact of our HCP education module, through our existing partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, marketing the education widely, evaluating its benefit to HCPs and strategically reviewing the format, vehicle and content as appropriate.

Our Recovery Lounges (formally known as Crisis Cafés) offer a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment between the hours of 5pm and 11pm. Service Users can attend without an appointment to help prevent them from entering periods of crisis or distress or if they are experiencing mental distress or crisis.
About the Role
Our Recovery Lounge Manager role in Bedfordshire involves coordinating a team of 8, across each site and ensuring the effective and safe delivery of the service working in conjunction with the NHS.
This will involve working with service users in a preventative way, deescalating crisis and leading a team of Mental Health Support Workers & volunteers. The role is part of a team within Mind BLMK and the Crisis Alternative Services.
Service Delivery
- Operate the Recovery Lounge service and ensure outcomes which supports individuals to deescalate crisis and develop strategies for recovery and increased wellbeing, in line with Mind BLMKs vision and values as well as contract requirements.
- Assessing need and suitability for the service in line with the access to services process, and undertaking 1:1s where needed.
- To manage a relationship with the mental health trust which ensures effectiveness of the crisis pathways for those who need further support.
- Work with the Recovery Lounge management to ensure regular involvement of service users, volunteers and staff on local service delivery, organisational matters and wider mental health and crisis care strategies
- Maintain an effective workforce for the service in line with Mind BLMK’s HR policies, procedures and guidance (recruitment, line management, workload planning, support and development of crisis workers, peer support workers and volunteers).
- Hold responsibility for health and safety, data collection and cash handling in line with Mind BLMK’s policies, procedures and guidance.
- Ensure cover at site is adequate at all times, this will require a hybrid nature of the role to assist with gaps.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, is hardworking, efficient, has excellent attention to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment and is good at managing their own time. You will bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Executive Level PA experience or hands-on administrative experience
- Experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated, with initiative and the ability to work as part of a small administrative team
- Reliable and responsible
- Excellent attention to detail where accuracy is essential
- Excellent IT skills with extensive experience of Zoom, Teams and Microsoft Office including MS Excel – ability to use spreadsheets, input basic formulae and remove duplications. Experience of Donorfy is a bonus.
- Excellent research skills
