Role Requirements
- To assist the Head of People & Culture and the People Partnering team by providing a comprehensive administration service
- To act as first point of contact for new queries to the people team, from all employees to the People Partnering team, triaging and signing posting them.
- To be the primary contact for queries relating to SelectHR, our HR system
- To ensure that accurate records are maintained on SelectHR
- To provide People partnering reports as necessary
- Devise and maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties

Purpose

Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.
You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting Tutors, volunteers, senior staff and beneficiaries
Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies.
· Facilitate and support local support groups,
· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes.

In Spring 2028, the National Gallery will launch a new, public-facing Research Centre to facilitate and showcase our world-leading research in the history and science of painting. The role-holder will provide vital clarity and consistency in the day-to-day running of this multifaceted space to ensure a smoothly functioning whole. We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Manchester.
- The Manchester Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
- The Manchester Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

As Deputy Hospital Manager, you will support the Hospital Lead in overseeing all aspects of the hospital’s daily operations while contributing to long-term planning and service development. You will provide direct line management for our receptionists, taking responsibility for recruitment, induction, rotas, training and performance management.
